Es tracta del llibre Fish and salt, de Francesc-Xavier Lloca Ibi, i publicat per la Universitat d’Alacant. A compendium of the vocabulary of salting fish in our regions. Llorca ha entrevistat informants dedicats a treballs mariners de tot el litoral valencià per a arreplegar i plasmar un camp semàntic de gran interés que forma part del nostre patrimoni mil·lenari.
