The Horta Summer University is a space for theoretical and practical learning around agroecology and the defense of the territory promoted by the organization Per l'Horta. This year's idea is to rethink the Horta Sud: analyze the latest territorial threats, listen to the people who work from the land and collectively transform these voices into creative and rooted actions and proposals through art. The book will be presented kitchen, landscape and heat, from the Alalimón publishing house, and there will be a tasting related to it. Also there will be talks to learn about the current state of the Horta Sud and the lives of the people who work there, screen printing and textile art workshops focused as tools for social transformation and participatory routes to get to know the Horta d'Alaquàs.
