For that, We have researched its history, of his first written recipe (l’any 1520) to a handful of documents to this day. Besides, and in collaboration with five establishments spread throughout the Valencian Country, we are running a campaign to popularize its consumption with handmade cardboard boxes designed by the illustrator from Xixon Sabina Alcaraz.
