The workshops of Kitchen without Borders they are not designed solely to learn to cook and enjoy good food, they aim to give visibility to refugees and migrants who have arrived in Valencia and want to share their knowledge and culinary culture. Inspired by Migrateful UK, this solidarity activity has chefs who teach traditional dishes from their country while sharing their own experiences about what prompted them to leave their countries and what difficulties they face in Spain. In this workshop, specifically, you will learn to cook Fatoush, listen i stay away with Rasha as you break down stereotypes and prejudices. I, after, you will all eat together! AU
