Reading a book is an escape from reality, this is how Maria Rio conceives it, Portuguese illustrator and author of the poster for this fifth edition of You Mouth. A tribute to the world of illustrated literature is this annual event organized by the Association of Valencian Illustration Professionals (APIV) and the Foundation for Books and Reading (FULL). A meeting point for all those who understand the illustrated book as a fundamental tool to develop critical thinking and creativity without prejudices. Baba Kamo is a trade fair with 31 exhibitors from Spanish and Portuguese bookstores and publishers. Also an international exhibition of editorial illustration, Babalunga and Kamolongos, in which artists from countries like Portugal participate, Italia, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico, Ecuador and Uruguay. A round table is scheduled where international creators will talk about illustrated albums, the live recording of a podcast and a music and illustration show by the group The Mazookas. This group of illustrators from Berlin will present their graphic art at the Center del Carme accompanied by rhythms that travel from Eastern Europe to the American continent. TERELO
