The oak wood and metal that they found there continue to be part of the set and their machinery is now transformed into part of the tables that hold the delicacies offered by each of the stalls in this Kitchen Market where everything that is served is cooked.. We salute the team of La Aldeaneta, another version of The Villager, already legendary bar in the neighborhood; a Bianca Fish, family that has one of the most famous stalls in the Cabanyal Market, that offer the freshest product; we also find Tonyina Barra with its signature covers, Michigan Detroit Pizza with its American pizzas, Sybarite with their tortillas and croquettes and Jenkin’s, who will manage the restaurant-meat workshop.
