In the ninety moves, Silvestre left behind office life to grow the land, A passion that made a way of life. From 98 has woven its history in the vegetable garden of Valencia to become one of the first to embrace organic farming. And the plot is still: in 2016, his son John and his daughter Neus joined the story, Transforming the business into a family legacy. What started as sale of vegetable baskets, has flourished at a physical sale point in the same orchard, where the agricultural landscape merges with the freshness of the products and the company of the animals.
