Future ploughman is a podcast driven by the farmer and disseminator Nando Dura together with Georgina Mollà and wants to be a space that connects producers, consumers and new generations of Valencians and farmers. The project was born with the aim of giving voice to the Valencian countryside and explaining, sense filters, the reality that farmers and ranchers live, while making society aware of the importance of local products and responsible consumption. With ten episodes published, topics deeply rooted in the territory are discussed, such as the situation of Valencian citrus fruits, the quality and deceptions related to nougat, olive cultivation in Maestrat, the Valencian tomato… You will also find recommendations on seasonal foods and Valencian traditions.
