Ingredients:
400 gr. the tagliatelle 150 gr of. gorgonzola cheese · A tablespoon of butter · A spoonful of flour · A splash of cream · 100 gr. of nuts.
Preparation:
· We bring water to boil and cook the pasta with a little salt until al dente.
· To make the sauce, put a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan until it dissolves., Add a tablespoon of flour and stir well until you get a puree or porridge., called roux, which will help us thicken the sauce.
· Next, we add to the roux the gorgonzola cheese and we will stir it until it dissolves, moment when we pour a splash of cream. We mix well until we get a homogeneous sauce and turn off the heat..
