Ingredients (4 personas):
500 gr. beef to stew in cubes · ½ red pepper · ½ green pepper · ½ onion · 1 tablespoon red curry paste 1 jar of coconut milk · Olive oil · Salt · 1 tablespoon of sugar 250 gr. basmati rice.
Preparation:
· This dish is not a traditional Thai stew and its preparation is very similar to our traditional stews. Let's check it.
· In a wide saucepan we put a circle of oil and mark the previously seasoned beef. once golden, we remove it and reserve. In the same oil we fry for 5 minutes the peppers and onion cut into cubes and then we add a tablespoon of red curry paste and stir it so that it integrates with the rest of the ingredients. Add the coconut milk and stir well until you get a homogeneous sauce.. We then add the beef and let it cook for a few 40 minutes until tender.
· To serve we will accompany it with a little boiled basmati rice.
· In the preparation of this dish it occurred to me that some psychedelia would be good, to open your mind and experiment in our kitchen. So some Tame Impala, como por ejemplo Feels like we only go backwards, it wouldn't hurt.
