Seventeen Hot Pot

AT THE TABLE!

Salamanca, 3 · T. 963 527 235 · 20/25€

“Your food has arrived. Enjoy!”, Bella says, the robot with a woman's voice (friend of Siri and the rest of the virtual secretaries?) who brings some trays full of small plates to our table. He brings us fresh beef, the iberian pork roll, prawns, gyozas, noodles and vermicelli of different sizes, shapes and thicknesses. On the table a cauldron with three bubbling broths: spicy, pork and mushrooms. We will be the ones who put the ingredients in the broth for the time Pei tells us., the friendly manager who also encourages us to create our own sauces to accompany, with peanut, Oyster sauce, cilantro, chopped garlic, etc. The truth is that you don't usually work that much when you go out to eat., but it's fun and different. Say hello to Bella for me if you stop by Seventeen Hotpot. MADAME G.
