Scrambled eggs with sausage, mushrooms and pine nuts

RECIPE

Ingredients (4 personas):
1 morcilla oreada · 1 cucharada de piñones · 4 setas de cardo · 3 huevos · Sal · Aceite de oliva.

Preparation:
· Echar un chorrito de aceite en una sartén y, cuando esté caliente, añadir la morcilla sin piel y desmenuzada. Una vez frita, incorporar las setas troceadas y saltear unos treinta segundos, después los piñones para integrar los tres ingredientes. Finally, añadir los tres huevos, revolver hasta que cuajen y apagar el fuego.
· Para servir, el plato se puede acompañar con unos picos, unos saladitos o un poco de pan frito.
