The Roman aqueduct that runs through the premises reminds us of the importance of history in a place where tradition plays a fundamental role.. This is not a restaurant with modern or creative cuisine., but offers traditional dishes, with tremendously defined flavors, made with the best product on the market and accompanied by unmatched wines. First It may seem like a simple concept., but surprising so much while maintaining extreme simplicity is not easy at all: at noon, three delicate starters and perfectly cooked rice with intense flavor; at night, menu focused on meats and fish of extreme quality and grilled. Wine is the house's big bet, with proposals difficult to find in any other restaurant in the city. El Celler del Tossal only wants to offer good wine and good food and, without further pretension, manages to impact. RATATOUILLE
