Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry · A pumpkin · Gorgonzola cheese · Arugula · Salt · Pepper.
Preparation:
· Open the pumpkin in half and place in the oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes. Once roasted, We discard the central part where the seeds are and, with a spoon, We extract the roasted pumpkin that we place in a bowl.
· Spread the shortcrust pastry on a baking sheet on a piece of glazed paper and make edges on all four sides.. Next, put in the oven for a few 5 minutes at 180ºC and prick with a fork so that it does not bulge.
· Once the dough has been marked, spread the roasted pumpkin on top, season with salt and pepper and place pieces of gorgonzola cheese on top so that they are well distributed. Put in the oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes and, once out, decorate with arugula on top. It is now ready to serve in portions..
