Despite the infinite kindness of the waitress, I don't ask for recommendations, Well I have it clear: centello croquette, Octopus leg with local cream cheese and truffle, and scallop confit with barnacle seaweed. All the flavor of the North Sea is on my plate. I end with a steak tartar of mature cow with Galician mustard ice cream. If so, These people have the best meat and the best fish and, besides, they season it wonderfully.
