My review will be like the character of this barbarities: simple and sincere. And this is one of my favorite places in this city, because it smells like solace and homemade vermouth, fish market, neighborhood vegetables. It smells like sympathy, to real smiles, I invite you to a wine, a casita. Every person I have sat in Barbaritats remembers a different dish: Enric loved the sticky rice with chicken and ginger; a One, sausage fideuà with confit garlic sauce; to Inés, su titaina with yellowfin tuna tataki and black salt. But for me, they know it well, There is nothing better than Ontinyent tartar (cold pork with seeds, pepper, sweet piparra, sesame perrins and nags) or cuttlefish with lime and honey mayonnaise. Tradition and modernity come together every day at Barbaritats because they respect traditional cuisine, but they love to innovate. Less in the deal; there, neither novelties nor postures, They are nice and that's it. MADAME G.
