Years ago we brought to light the history of the Rocafull and other Valencian cocktails in the article The mysterious boulder that we posted on the AU Agenda Urbana pages and on our website <tastaldaci.com>. Since then, we have taken it upon ourselves to spread it, like when the Valencian bartender Ivan Talens gave us a fantastic presentation at L'ETNO after having accompanied us, months before, in one of the few places where it is a religion: the Aquarium cocktail bar on Gran Via Marqués del Túria in the city of Valencia. Continuing our research, no less than the nephew of Alcover Moll, the Mallorcan who was looking for words, incorporated a textual reference in his Tale of Collection of Legends published on 1978. You can find it in the month of July in Vinça and refresh yourself with a caffeinated cocktail that gradually takes beans out of the pot and becomes better known in our house. XAVIER BENAVENT
