THE BURGEARES
The routes through the Burjassot vegetable garden are a perfect opportunity to meet a natural and cultural reference of the Valencian lands. This year's program opens with an ornithological observation route [10/3, 28/4, 20/10, 1/12] and offers four other alternatives, dedicated to wine production [13/5, 11/11], the cultivation of chufa and the production of horchata [10/6, 7/10], the traditional rec system [25/3] and a walk with a reading of poems by Estellés [23/9]. The routes are organized on different dates from March to December, they are free and are guided by professionals from the Horta Viva organization.
