Canimet is the new artistic and gastronomic project of Tasta'l d'ací. This turn, we collaborated with the designer África Leiva and the illustrator Pilar del Río to bring you a notebook illustrated in full color in which you can display the treasure of your homemade recipes of Valencian cuisine. A family treasure we want you to collect, preserve and pass on to future generations. For those of you who didn't know, and canimet it is the set of food that is prepared to spend the entire working day in the field or in the factory.
