Gunpowder in the Vesper is an experimental contest that claims pyrotechnics as a form of contemporary expression. Here, the different pyrotechnics do not compete; rather they nourish and complement each other, deliberately moving away from preset scores and patterns. Each intervention is considered as a unique creative proposal, open to new languages and approaches, that questions traditional canons without renouncing the cultural essence of pyrotechnics. This year, five faller commissions are participating, distributed between Saturdays 28 of February i 7 of March, day on which the Vulcano Pyrotechnics will close the contest at Falla Mossén Sorell-Corona.
