It started in September Viewpoints of the vegetable garden, a festival that invites us to look at the valuable horticultural heritage that surrounds the city of Valencia, this year focusing on the future of food through a series of conferences at the Museu de l'Horta (Almássera) which will include colloquia, live music and tasting of local products. on saturday 1/10 we will talk about starting a food business with music from Gahs and autumn sweets, on sunday 2/10 garden and megalopolis with music from Gem and seasonal fruit, on Saturday 8/10 of the kilometer products 0 in the kitchens of the city with music from Easter and seasonal paella, and Sunday 9/10 will close the cycle with traditional sausage and the concert of Pleasent Dreams. On the other hand, there are the seven ephemeral installations planted in the middle of the vegetable garden to reflect on the current model of food production and consumption. They have been designed by different professional studies such as the National Design Award Pepe Gimeno next to Lebrel in Meliana's vegetable garden. The rest of the participants are Badallar (Alfara of the Patriarch), Elsa Yranzo Food Design (Almássera), The Fourth Skin (They were), Rest (Bonrepòs and Mirambell) and the students of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Vinalness). There will be guided tours and the 8 of October, coinciding with the full moon, a night tour will be held from 9pm. AU
