If anyone has any doubt that gastronomy is pure art, here it comes Feast to clear it quickly. Fourteen spaces in the city will merge art and gastronomy with the help of renowned chefs such as Luis Valls, María José Martínez, Jorge de Andrés or Pablo Minister. There will be gastronomic pairing with the opera Macbeth in Arts, a tasting of cavas and signature chocolates Utopick in the gallery Shiras, a menu inspired by Anni and Josef Albers' trips to Latin America in the VAT and a local tapas workshop with wines from the Community at the presentation of the exhibition Design on the plate. Chef Luis Valls, for his part, will highlight the damage we are inflicting on the seas through “Plastics”, a dish that was cooked on the menu at El Poblet for several years. S.M.
