Eva Mir and Olga Hernández, of the collective UMAMI, a year ago at La Mutant they presented a sound and gastronomic session called Gluttony. In her, a chef cooking a traditional skewer/appetizer in a loop, while the djs sampleaban live the sounds of the preparation, cooking and plating. Well then, They still want to organize cultural events around gastronomy and what is new is a culinary reading club that will propose creative exercises around the chosen books and recipes related to the readings. Different fragments of the reading will be discussed., recipes will be shared and tasted. Viva! All this in the Almudaina room, the precious space of Versonauts in the Covered Cross.
