Dandelion Bakery

@dandelionbakeryVLC

The (tiring) pandemic has also seen the birth of wonderful projects. We already have it good. Dandelion Bakery, of Mary (arrival from Mexico) i Penny (from Australia) is one of them, and in addition to loving it is tasty. Fresh handmade pastries, seasonal and handmade(netes) they are requirements of his philosophy. Instead of mass producing, they produce according to demand, with top quality ingredients and international and innovative recipes. the result: you will have to taste it! They love working in front of people and dealing directly with the clientele, about wasting recyclable packaging, support the local market, whenever possible, and offer at least one vegan product in the window. The brownies and the cookies vegan tahini is added yes or yes to the menu; and for autumn the star is the blondie salted caramel. María and Penny dream of sweetening homes with their delicious creations and sharing their love of baking with people. They see Dandelion growing as a brand 100% artisanal, they have already started making home deliveries and want to expand with workshops to share the love of sweetness with the whole world! And the smell it makes when you walk past? This cannot be explained… MARÍA DE QUESADA
