L’Association of Artisan Charcuters of the Navy is an entity created on 2024 by eight professionals from the Marina Alta with the aim of making visible and defending the tradition of artisan sausages. It combines ancestral recipes with innovation and opts for healthier products with few additives. It highlights the union between the partners who are: Around New Year's Eve, Ca Curro, Butchery Fish i Polish Ca (Gorgos cat); Ca Paquitina (wave), Ca Rabosa (Benimaurell, Valley of Laguar), Maite butchery (Dénia), i Butcher Doménech (relief). Thanks to this association, training and generational transmission are promoted and the region's gastronomic heritage is strengthened.
