143rd Martínez Guerricabeitia Biennale: shipwrecks

CITY MUSEUM. Pl. archbishop, 3

The Martínez Guerricabeitia Collection there are already fourteen editions of this biennial in which five critics and five state galleries choose two works (vint in total) to be exposed and qualify for the prize, that is to say, to form part of the contemporary art collection of the University of Valencia. "Shipwrecks" is the motto that guides this year's edition, a word ambiguous enough to cover everything (ideological wrecks, of material and immaterial projects, of political initiatives…) and that navigates in sync with the Martínez Guerricabeitia Collection, composed of critical and committed art that invites reflection. Tactel Space is the Valencian gallery participating this year and you can see the work of Patricia Gómez and Mª Jesús González (magnificent!), Vicky Uslé, Amparo Sard i Juan Zamora, among others.
