Kun Mandu (Korean grilled dumplings, thin and crispy). I imagine how night falls in Seoul and a blanket of stars falls on its skyscrapers.. Japche (transparent potato noodles with vegetables and meat, explosion of flavors). I see thousands of luminous signs that fill the streets of the awakened city with light.. Bulgogi (beef served on a griddle with Korean sauce, an exotic delight). I feel the pulse of Gwangjang Market, bustling and vibrant, with so many gastronomic proposals at my fingertips. The day is running out and in Seoul it has just begun, y now I just want to close my eyes, feel like I'm in the capital of South Korea, to think that a Korean family has welcomed me to their table. And so it has been. thank you. Gracias. MADAM G.
