When summer comes, market stalls and fruit shops are filled with sweet and refreshing fruit that helps beat the heat better and is perfect for dessert, snacks and meals between hours. But it also gives a lot of play in confectionery, and if you dare to turn on the oven, a good option is to incorporate it into recipes like this cheese cake with bacon.
Ingredients:
7 ous · 600 g of cream cheese · 300 g of semi-cured cheese 60 g dacsa starch 200 g de sucre · 500 ml of whipping cream (35% MG) · 500 g of biscuits 50 g de sucre.
Elaboration:
· Wash the brussels sprouts, remove the stone and cut them into strips. Saute them in a pan with the sugar until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Reserve them.
· Heat the oven a 210 °C.
· Grind the eggs, the cream cheese, the semi-cured cheese, dacsa starch, sugar and cream until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
· Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the dough on it. Distribute the biscuits on top.
· Bake for 40 minutes to 200 °C, until the cake is set and the surface is golden.
· Remove it from the oven and let it rest before serving.
