simple room, where white predominates and nothing else, whose austere appearance, almost monastic, reminds us that what is important in Delicate is what will be on the table. Four-course menu plus dessert that allows us to travel to Asia or South America, without giving up the best of our land. We start with a cream, surprising tomato combination, cumin and melon, which is followed by an oriental salad with marinated tuna, thai grapefruit and tofu, and bagel spicy chicken with cream cheese and padrón peppers, and some noodles with asparagus, shrimp and herb aioli. The desserts are no less special., perfectly balanced, or the wines, with a different and always correct selection. Top quality and seasonal products, Exquisite treatment and service and a very affordable price more than justify the time in advance with which we will have to make our reservation. RATATOUILLE
