Market salad

RECIPE

Ingredients (4 personas):
300 gr. of boiled rice · 250 gr. of cooked chickpeas · half fresh onion · 1 mature avocado · 1 Salad tomato · fresh cheese · a can of sardines in olive oil.

Preparation:
· Chop the onion and tomato in small taquitos. Peel the avocado and also chop in small pieces, Like fresh cheese. All ingredients must be the same size so that the bite is uniform.
· Next, mix with boiled rice and let cool. Salpimentar and pour a generous jet of olive oil and then decorate with a couple of sardines in oil and chilli.
· We have called this salad for market salad by the variety of ingredients it carries, Always available in neighborhood markets. Combine cereals with legumes and a good protein contribution thanks to cheese and sardines, that make this salad a very complete dish.
