This is a cauliflower recipe for people who don't like cauliflower. Or at least, it is a way to enjoy this very interesting food in a very tasty way.
Ingredients:
Colorful cauliflowers (blanca, yellow and purple) · Tender garlic · Cured bacon · 2 crayons · Olive oil · Salt · Black pepper.
But to the sauce:
1 tahini culleradeta (sesame paste) · Soy sauce · 1 Lime · Honey · Water.
Elaboration:
· Clean the cauliflowers and separate them into pieces. Steam until done al dente.
· Cook the creilles, shred them with a fork and prepare a mash with them, seasoning it with salt, oil and pepper.
· Cut the bacon into pieces and put it in a pan on the fire, to toast it little by little while releasing the fat. Meantime, clean the tender garlic and cut them into slices to incorporate them into the bacon.
· Add the cauliflower to the pan and fry it until golden.
· Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients until it is creamy.
· To serve, put the puree at the base of a plate and place the cauliflowers with the tender garlic and bacon on top. Finally, add the tahina sauce, soy and flour.
