Ingredients (for four people):
For the majada:
4 garlic cloves · 2 fried bread slices · a punch of parsley · a handful of fried almonds.
For the boiler:
4 medium potatoes · a frozen fish mix bag for frying 600 gr. · Paprika · 500 cl. fish broth.
Preparation:
· This recipe gives us an economic way, fast and easy to prepare a fish boiler without spending a money. Obviously, The frozen fish can be replaced by a mixture to the selected taste in the fish market.
· The first thing is to prepare a majada that will be used to thicken the boiler and that is locked. You have to fry the two slices of bread in olive oil until golden brown and reserve in cooking paper to remove excess oil. Next, put in a mortar the handful of parsley, The two garlic cloves and fried bread, and crush until you get a homogeneous majada.
· On the other hand, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces breaking them.
· In a wide cassero, when it's hot, Add the potatoes, remove and, next, Add the majada. Sprinkle a generous spoonful of paprika and mix well for a few seconds until all ingredients are integrated, But without burning the paprika, That then bitter. Add the fish broth (or the same amount of water if we don't have broth) until almost cover the potatoes and let cook until they are made. It will be time to add the previously defrosted fish and cook for maximum five minutes.
· For the cooking we recommend the Soulera “Fever” version of Marie “Queenie” Lyons, It will make it much more vibrant!
