Ingredients (4 personas):
250 gr. pig's secret 1 roasted red pepper 1200 cl. chicken broth. · 400 gr. of rice · 4 garlic cloves · 2 grated ripe tomatoes · A tablespoon of La Vera paprika · Olive oil · Salt.
Preparation:
· Cut the secret into strips one centimeter wide and fry them in the paella with a splash of olive oil until golden brown.. Reserve.
· Sauté chopped garlic and, before they start to brown, add the grated tomato, paprika and salt.
· Once everything is sautéed, add the rice and mix well with the tomato. Then pour triple the broth (caliente) than rice and adjust the salt if necessary.
· Let it boil over high heat for eight minutes and lower the heat to add the pieces of secret and the roasted red pepper strips.. Boil for seven or eight more minutes until all the broth is consumed..
