Bolognese meatballs

RECIPE

Ingredients (4 personas):
1 kg. minced meat (1/2 beef and 1/2 lean pork) · One egg yolk · Salt · Ground black pepper · Flour · 1 Kg. Crushed tomato · 4 cloves of garlic · Oregano · Virgin olive oil · Sugar.

Preparation:
· Season the meat, add the egg yolk and mix well.
· Knead the meatballs by hand. Once molded, pour a splash of olive oil into the pot and, while heating, coat the meat balls in flour. Fry them and, once golden, remove from heat and reserve in a bowl.
· In a wide saucepan, brown sliced ​​garlic cloves, add tomato, a spoonful of sugar (to remove the acidity), a little salt and a generous tablespoon of oregano. Cook over low heat for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally, until you have a very thick tomato sauce..
· Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce, Shake the pot to mix all the elements and cook for five minutes.. And ready to serve with some fries or with some noodles in a mafia style!!
· This recipe reminds us of the movie One of ours, so no one better than good old Sammy Davis Jr. to accompany her with her “You can count on me”, Hawaii vocal version 5.0.
