La mostra Sagunt dedicada al gènere negre coincideix enguany amb el festival de còmic Splash, in the same locality, with which he shares a couple of exhibitions dedicated to the authors Gerard Miquel i of mine. But, with always, la part grossa del festival és la dedicada al cinema negre, the national and international of l'última fornada (Black Beach, Only the beasts, The Monster of St.. Pauli…), and the classic, by directors John Cassavetes (Woman under the influence), Jules Dassin (Naked city), i Raoul Walsh (White heat). The other strong point is the theater, que en edicions anteriors ha estat present amb adaptacions teatrals de clàssics cinematogràfics del gènere com The rope o A perfect crime.
