Let's lick our fingers again with Mediterranean Gourmet. The spaces are back, conferences and the exhibition area, which will show the latest developments and train the professional during the three days of the event, which is considered the leading gastronomic fair in the Mediterranean. kitchen, product, territory, bakery and pastry shop, culinary digitization, wine or oil will be the strong points of the event. After a semi-present edition, for the pandemic context, they are back with a bang in an edition focused on sustainability, which will be worked with three axes: l'environmental, the economic and the social. We will rediscover the spaces of the Central Kitchen-L’Espai Exquisit (haute cuisine), the Arròs classroom in Valencia DO (varieties and recipes), Very Tasteful Kitchen (Valencian product), Be Sweet (bye i dolç), Wine Experience (wines). They will not miss the olive oil at the fita either, live cooking demonstrations and a craft market with butchers, baconers and craft brewers.
