FROM TUESDAY 13 ON SUNDAY 18/10

Immersive installations, electronic music, performances audiovisual, showcases and talks explore the borders between body, technology, sound and perception. This is what the new edition of this festival Volumes de arte digital announces, experimental music and technological culture. Its natural habitat is Bombas Gens, and there it will deploy two installations of Christina Greg [14] y Diana Carmenate [17]. The first proposes an immersive experience built from moving particles, Gaussian splashes and video, inspired by Moonlight Sonata, by Giannis Ritsos. The second is an immersive lighting installation in which the laser creates the illusion of three-dimensional structures. The Bombas Gens garden will host, besides, of the showcases. one of Abstraction Records [16], with the sessions Raul Roig (dub, post-punk, industrial, B-sides and rarities of the eighties), José Guerrero y Joni K (experimental electronics, downtempo and electronic dub). And another from Cuneta [17], with Alba Murcia who composes live with recordings, melodies, landscapes and vocal experiments from his personal archive; y Vincent Pelechano, that presents a work in progress that dialogues with the habitat of the Albufera.

La Nau will host SYNC – Electronic Improvisation Sessions [15], a performance live audiovisual based on combinatorics between artists that generate unpredictable results in real time; and the TEM will program Milian Mori [16], Swiss composer and digital artist who works at the intersection between electronic music, danza, algorithms, pixels and minimalist synthesis. Finally, At The Ice Factory there will be a market and showcase of the Valencian collective RDO [17]; in 16 Tons will act Saint Abdullah & Eomach [17]; and at the Babel Cinemas, Miriam Bleau [18] will present Soft revolvers, a performance audiovisual that understands technology as an active agent capable of co-creating the final result.
