Chefs, producers, room professionals, pastry chefs, bakers, sommeliers and baristas are located in Gourmet to share knowledge and discover trends. The great fair of Valencian gastronomy turns over the years towards professionals in the sector, but visitors are still welcome gourmet who want to know the great chefs and their products. Some new features this year will be the Coffee Hub, a space that will bring together roasters, Distributors, baristas and sector specialists; the bakery contest; and the exhibition in which twelve Valencian design studios will exhibit an exclusive collection of glass bottles for horchata that link products, territory and creativity. Besides, los chefs Julieta Caruso, Pepe Dasí and Sittikorn “U” Chantop come from Buenos Aires and Bangkok to tell us how they have transformed their way of understanding the product and cooking far from home.
