If there is sarao every Thursday at 7pm. it's already worth approaching. But it is, in addition to, The Espanista concentrates the concepts of gastronomic bookstore, art and gourmet shop in one place in the vibrant neighborhood of Russafa. After fifteen years traveling the world working, Daniel returned to live in Valencia with the desire to connect with people, teach spanish and enjoy. The result is this business adventure that fuses hedonistic concepts (that we want a lot) with sustainable products and experiences, of quality, with design and the aim of improving society from an environmental point of view. From your day to day, Daniel loves contact with people and is a great supporter of small businesses. This makes us fall in love, clar, as do the amazing gift boxes with books and illustrations; the vermouths, sakes, conserves, appetizers and sausages or the packaging design by Jorge Lawerta that he is already planning for Christmas. Now he dreams of opening a The Espanista store in New York, and we say that olé!, as long as ours remains nearby. I will give one more piece of advice: the Müix mixed with wasabi made in Valencia will make your eyes roll with pleasure. MARÍA DE QUESADA
