The Platform for Food Sovereignty of the Valencian Country is a space that links and connects producers, consumers, initiatives, organizations and groups that work in various actions to determine, from the base, agricultural and food policies that affect us, such as access to healthy and wholesome food and an appropriate use of the use and exploitation of natural resources. This movement gathers various experiences and articulates these local projects in a global strategy. Besides, its interactive and accessible map has been transformed for a couple of months. Made collaboratively, more than are registered there 150 productive projects (of vegetables, fruit, pa i ramaderia); 26 of responsible consumption (stores such as Som Alimentació or Arrels de la Terra and also consumer groups such as those in Ciutat Vella [Tramuntana], La Saïdia, Tearing [Cabasset] or Russafa among others); nine farmers markets (a Torrent, to Alboraia, in Godella, etc.) and more than twenty Valencian resources and organizations (com ara the Citizen Earth Chair of the UPV, Food Justice, Cabanyal Horta, Seeds from here, The Spigolaores, etc.).
