But February also starts strong with the festival of Sant Blai with a thousand and one forms - both savory and sweet - of bread, rolls and other pastries that travel all over Valencia, such as jays and glasses a la Jana, rolls (made from Lyonnaise pasta) in Borriana; blood oranges blessed in Alpont, the coquettes in Sagunto, spectacular rolls garnished and stuffed with potatoes or angel hair in Setaigües; Russafa's dry coquettes (Valencia city) or seagulls, santblaiets and the magnificent Torrent rossejat with sweet ball included.
