In Valencia we always have the feeling that we are behind other cities, about what, sometimes, we are the last monkey. Well this time, our city and only our city has been chosen for something: the “middle”, the new proposal for the aperitif, has landed on our shores to stay. These “media” are drinks with a fun format, casual and fresh, but also rested, let's go, like the character of the Valencians. It is a short glass, on the rocks, 3 cl. of the distillate you prefer, half a soda and toppings (ginger, cardamom, pepper); a short and quiet drink for a special moment. The idea is to make a pleasant route through places in different neighborhoods of the city, share a drink and a magical moment, something that the Spanish Spirits Federation (FEBE) called “elevating the moment”, which in Valencia we know very well how to do, and it will be easy with these delicious proposals.
