Josep Roussillon i Oltra He has been a technical specialist in organic horticulture for a long time at the Carcaixent Agricultural Experimental Station. At the same time it has been one of the haystacks of the association of recovery of Valencian varieties Seeds from here. afterour years of collaborations in the magazine Method from the University of Valencia, Roussillon has published The hort at home, a book that reviews the basic cultivation of horticultural plants focusing on Valencian cultivars.
