We extend to Soneixa, to l'Alt Palància, to reveal the fruit of an agroecological and social dream of its three entrepreneurs. L'Audaç beers, produced through the La Somniada cooperative, they are conceived with a view to the social and egalitarian economy, as well as ecological and revitalizing the rural world. The production of the beers already starts from a commitment to the raw material coming from small local producers (they count, among many others, with Era cereals, of Height!), which favors the protection of the immediate environment and the revitalization of this region of the Valencian interior. Besides, L'Audaç's banner is to claim a living rural world that offers quality local products rooted in the territory and, as they say themselves, that favor the creation of happy moments. And this is what makes us taste their seven beers: A type pils with nispro (called Del Terreno), one with Valencian and Mariallois wheat (Primavera), countertop and bergamot (Bergamot), a pale ale (Serrana), a owner (fog), a indian pale ale (Creeper) i one red ale (Xinquerian), the latter with the collaboration of the Connecta Natura collective.
