The Italian school LABA. School of art design and new media has opened its first international headquarters in Valencia, in the premises of the old Cinema Valencia (calle Quart), with our sights set on the academic year that starts in September 2021. They will offer Digital and Multimedia Design studies, of Photography and Video, and the International Master of Multimedia Creation for Entertainment, in collaboration with La Fura dels Baus. But beyond training, LABA has come to nourish the Valencian cultural fabric, for a start, con an exhibition in which national and international contemporary artists from the team of Tactel Space, as Christto & Andrew, Antoine + Manuel, Fito Conesa and Carlos Saez. Together with teachers from the school and active professionals in the creative industries sector such as the photographer Mira Bernabeu. The exhibition will be open to the public until December 2021 and can be visited by making an appointment through the website. Besides, on Friday 26/2 the BlablaNights cycle begins, sweet masterclass open and free discussions on the possibilities that digital offers in disciplines such as mobile, performing Arts, the multimedia, the video, photography or music. Carlos Grau participates in the first installment of February, director del Mobile World Congress, and after him will come creatives of the stature of Carlus Padrissa, director of La Fura dels Baus, Alba Berneda from the production company CANADA (responsible for Rosalía's videos), the photographer Eugenio Recuenco, the directors of the Radiante design studio, Manuel Conde and Francesc Ribes, and the director of Lanzadera, Javier Jimenez, among others.
