The Vegan Tapas Route is, for all vegans, the opportunity to discover places in Valencia that offer food 100% vegetables; and for carnivores, the moment to discover a culinary world that has banished any trace of animal origin based on inventiveness. The dishes can be as tasty as an eggplant cannelloni and hummus, o one assembled of crossroads, pumpkin and smoked paprika. Participating restaurants will offer tapas a 1.5, 2 or 2.5€ and the shops will apply one 10% discount on five of its products. Last year more than fifty local and for the edition of 2020 Veganizan are already confirmed (Sants Just i Pastor, 105), Empanadas (basin, 31) i Urban Garden (Peter III the Great, 26).
