the project Garden-Kitchen focuses on the school canteen as a key engine for values education, the guarantee of the right to food and the enhancement of our agriculture and our natural environment. Aimed at facilitating and consolidating a healthy and sustainable diet, resolutely defends the agricultural production of the Horta de Valencia and the neighboring counties for power make school menus a reality based on local agriculture with organic products, fresh and seasonal and collective catering. The program coordinates, promotes and facilitates a gradual and progressive change adapted to the needs and rhythms of each school to make a healthy school canteen possible, sustainable and beneficial for the Horta de Valencia.
