every year, the fair Gastronome surpasses itself. Repeating last year's format (from Sunday to Tuesday), Gastronoma wants to be the target of the public interested in international gastronomy and its chefs of reference. This year it will have thirteen more distinct spaces a central kitchen that will open the session in the early hours of Sunday talking about local products and the cuisine of km zero of the flag-bearer Valencian chef Ricard Camarena and of its Mexican counterpart Edgar Nunez who will give a vision of their cuisine that values the products of their two base locations respectively. In the remaining thirteen spaces, we will find the baker Jesús Machí from the San Bartolomé bakery in Valencia inaugurating the #Pandeverdad space and he will be succeeded by the Valencian bakers Òscar Sorribes (Borriana), Carlos Morente (Benicarló) i Antonio Garcia (Castelló de la Plana). In the Entreolivos space we can enjoy a taste of oils from the estate Varona la Vella (Saint Matthew). In the gastronomic space of the Valencian Government we will find a contest of cakes of Oliva, a conference on the Valencian guirra sheep and a Torrentí rossejat competition among others. A candy section, beers, wines, cheeses, DO Valencia coffee and rice will complete a few days of good taste sensations. XAVIER BENAVENT
