The artist Arlette Olaerts is Dutch by birth, Mediterranean by adoption and nomad at heart. Arrival in Spain thirty years ago, she has worked here for more than fifteen years as a professional photographer, and from 2019 adds his FoulArt project from Atelier Arlette to his wooden table in Campanar. Their dream? Capture its essence in the form of colorful art in hand-painted natural silk scarves. Arlette's FoulARTS are fashion and art combined in unique and avant-garde pieces. The process is completely manual, sometimes he chooses the colors and starts painting, others have a clear idea of the design and many just let themselves be carried away flow. Each FoulART is numbered, signed, it is unique and made with all the love in the world. You can find them in Valencia at the Silk Museum, to the Sammy Art gallery and to the digital store arlette.es. In addition, gives courses to learn to paint on this material. Being able to live from his art is quite a challenge, but she is a brave woman, with incredible strength and an art that will surely make you fall in love forever.
