For a few years now, there have been many Valencian collectives that, given the rapid establishment of an alien party around All Saints, and which we prefer not to name, they have rushed to ethnographically recover our traditions to bring them closer to children and adults. At cal Tasta’l d’aci we collaborate in the same line to discover the greatness of our tradition and gustatory memory, also for All Saints. The doubles of Xixona, typical of this date, they are cakes with batafaluga and spiked almonds that take us back to our most authentic taste memory.
